Duties include the management of ongoing plant and services replacement and upgrades to ensure the bank maintains high levels of resilience to support the IT requirements of its branches, offices and business partners.
The strategic planning involves close liaison with the bank’s IT department to ensure the replacement /upgrading of critical plant and services does not compromise the resilience of the data centre operation.
