Project Description:
Category A and B fit-out of new build shell to create a prestigious head office of approximately 87,000 sq ft, with 52,000 sq ft fit out and 20,000 sq ft sub-let area.
The works included the complete installation of all base build M&E services from base build central plant comprising: VAV air conditioning, sprinklers, lighting, power, fire alarms, high resilience comms, facilities, security system, BMS controls and audio visual systems.
