Project Description:
The project was a major refurbishment of the existing 1950s four storey teaching and laboratory block to provide new, upgraded and inspiring teaching and office facilities for the Department of Applied Sciences as well as improving the student experience and providing improved student resources.
The works include the provision of new student resources, teaching rooms, academic offices, new and upgraded services infrastructure, and improved circulation including a new entrance and circulation / lift extensions.
