Celebrating International Women's Day 2023
In celebration of International Women’s day, ESP attended the first ‘Women in Construction’ event organised by Lloyds Banking Group on Monday.
We heard some fantastic panel discussions from inspiring women across the industry and were proud that Sharon Keya was representing ESP and sharing her own experience as an engineer. We look forward to collaborative events like this in the future and to continue the important conversation in how to better represent females, tackle the challenges faced proactively, and the actions we can all take to achieve this.
